jilive Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below, unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jilive", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the jilive online casino and sports betting service operated at jilive.lat, licensed under the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player", "you", or "user" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or places a bet on the jilive platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on jilive.lat, through which you access games, manage your wallet, and conduct betting activities.
• "Wallet" means the jilive account balance denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) that represents your available funds on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or free spins credited to your account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by you or credited from verified winnings that are available for withdrawal subject to these terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games before they become withdrawable as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and jilive's internal compliance procedures.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body that licenses and oversees jilive's operations.

By accessing jilive.lat, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the jilive platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the jilive Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jilive. You acknowledge that this agreement may be enforced under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and jilive relating to the subject matter herein.

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another;
• You are accessing jilive voluntarily and of your own accord, and online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your current location;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of jilive or its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners;
• You have not been previously excluded from jilive under a self-exclusion request, nor are you subject to any PAGCOR-directed exclusion order;
• You are not registering from a jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling, and you acknowledge sole responsibility for complying with local laws applicable to your use of the platform.

jilive reserves the right to require documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned minus any withdrawn funds, and any winnings generated will be forfeited in their entirety.

To participate in real-money games on jilive, you must create a registered account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilive account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other platform or service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your account settings;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members;
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices after each session;
• Notify jilive support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jilive will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorized by you unless you have notified jilive of a compromise in writing prior to the relevant transaction.

jilive accepts deposits exclusively through officially supported Philippine payment channels. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

Withdrawal of real money funds from your jilive wallet is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: You must have completed jilive's identity verification process before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw;
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount per request is ₱200;
• Processing Time: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) typically clear within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST);
• Withdrawal to Deposit Source: jilive may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for deposit, as required by anti-money laundering compliance procedures;
• Bonus-Related Holds: If you have active bonus funds, withdrawal requests may be subject to wagering completion requirements as detailed in Section 8 of these terms;
• Verification Delays: jilive reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large or unusual withdrawal requests. This does not constitute a refusal to pay — it is a regulatory compliance measure.

jilive offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

The following general rules apply to all games and betting activities on the jilive platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jilive does not accept cancellation requests for settled bets under normal operating conditions;
• Game outcomes in slot and RNG-based games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness. jilive does not interfere with or manipulate RNG outputs;
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) managed by human dealers in licensed studios, with results captured and transmitted in real time;
• Sports betting odds are compiled by jilive's sportsbook team and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. Odds displayed at time of bet placement are guaranteed unless a manifest error occurred in their compilation;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game session, jilive will investigate the specific incident. Bets affected by verified technical failures may be voided and returned to your wallet at jilive's discretion;
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event category may apply and are posted within each game's rules or the sportsbook betting rules section;
• jilive reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, on erroneous odds, or in violation of these terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilive platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any script to access games, place bets, or manipulate outcomes;
• Attempting to hack, exploit vulnerabilities in, or otherwise interfere with the jilive platform's technical infrastructure;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker-style games, or any sports betting market;
• Laundering money or conducting transactions that are proceeds of criminal activity through the jilive wallet;
• Accessing jilive on behalf of another person who is under 21 years of age, self-excluded, or otherwise ineligible;
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimate, settled jilive transactions through your bank or GCash — jilive treats unwarranted chargebacks as fraudulent activity;
• Impersonating another player, jilive staff member, or PAGCOR representative in any communication;
• Using VPNs or other tools to misrepresent your location for the purpose of accessing jilive from a jurisdiction where your use is prohibited.

jilive is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Filipino players. We take our obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards seriously. The following tools are available to all registered jilive accounts at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps from your account settings. Changes that reduce your limit take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session timeout reminders within your account settings to help manage time spent on the platform;
• Cool-Off Period: Request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks at any time. During a cool-off period, your account is inaccessible for betting purposes but remains available for withdrawal of existing funds;
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, up to permanent) via jilive's live support channel. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the nominated period. jilive will not market to self-excluded accounts;
• Reality Checks: Enable regular pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net wagering position to support informed decision-making.

All content, software, graphics, user interface designs, trademarks, logos, game mechanics, and written material on jilive.lat — including the "jilive" name and brand — are the intellectual property of jilive and/or its licensors. No part of the jilive platform may be reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without prior written consent from jilive.

Third-party game content provided by game studios (including JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming) remains the intellectual property of those respective rights holders and is governed by their own licensing arrangements with jilive. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and play games solely for personal entertainment purposes during their session.

To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, jilive, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the jilive platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill resulting from your use of or inability to use jilive services;
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party system failures, internet infrastructure issues, or acts of government;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information, statistics, or game history displayed on the platform — past game outcomes do not guarantee future results;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security as described in Section 5.

Nothing in this section limits jilive's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by jilive's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

jilive collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the parties with whom it may be shared, and your rights as a data subject are described in full in the jilive Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

By registering an account on jilive, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for purposes including account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, PAGCOR compliance reporting, and service communications. You may withdraw this consent at any time by closing your account, subject to jilive's legal obligation to retain certain records under applicable law.

jilive reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via:

• A notice posted prominently on jilive.lat for a minimum of 7 days before the changes take effect;
• An in-platform notification sent to your jilive account dashboard; and/or
• An SMS notification to your registered Philippine mobile number for significant changes affecting player rights or payment terms.

Continued use of the jilive platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure via live support.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to your use of the jilive platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these terms, your account, or any transaction on jilive shall first be submitted to jilive's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. jilive will acknowledge disputes within 2 business days and provide a written resolution within 10 business days.

Disputes not resolved through the internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution channel, whose decisions on matters within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction are binding on jilive as a licensed operator. Disputes outside PAGCOR's jurisdiction shall be submitted to the competent courts of the City of Manila, Philippines.
